Booking:
Please send us email or fill out a contact form to tell us how you would like your picnic to be.

Bookings are suggested to be made at least 5 days in advance with a fully payment received via bank transfer. Last minute booking (less than 72 hours from the proposed picnic day) will charge 20% extra of the total price.

Special programs such as wedding proposal and yacht styling will require more time for preparation, therefore please reserve at least 7 days in advance. Extra charge is applicable to last minute booking (within 72 hours).

*For bank accounts from non EU countries, an additional 8EUR will be charged for bank's handling fee. Thanks for your understanding.
Cancellation:

Free cancellation is possible 2-3 days (depending on which picnic package) before the appointment for groups under 5 persons; afterwards no refund or partial refund if due to emergency. Bigger group with more than 6 persons, free cancellation is 5-7 days in advance.
